How to use:

1. Insert 2 AA batteries (not included).
2. Press and hold button to start whisking.
3. Raise  just below surface of liquid and continue to raise and lower at 45° angle until mixed as desired. 

How to clean:

1. Do not submerge the handle into water.
2. Dip the steel whisk into hot water with mild soap.
3. Turn on your whisk briefly. Rinse with clean water
